I finally did it, I took the plunge and did my first "project life" type page. Though the intent is to scrap the everyday simply, I did just one day with my grandchildren. I am somewhat happy with the results. I learned so much doing it and it went together in less than 2 hours... (for me that is great). I think that it is going to be a fun thing for me as I like to make a lot of my own embellies and this lends itself to that very well. So here it is my first project life page.
I used a combination of papers from Simple Stories Snap and MAMBI cards.
I made the fun junction title, the heart, the 5 things right list and the speech bubble on the zing.
Add a few embellies and it is done.
Another first for me is I actually wrote on a picture. Love it! Why have I not tried that before!
Challenges.
week-2-week s very first challenge is to use a "currently" card. This is a brand new blog started by 2 amazingly talented scrappers! Please take a moment to check them out.
Stuck on U Sketches challenges you to use twine
Thank you for stopping by... my advice of the day is if you are thinking about trying this jump right in it was really a lot of fun!
