Memorial Day blog hop

Welcome, aren't these cards awesome! It is wonderful that all these talented people are sharing their creations today.
I have a heart for this organization as an ex military wife. My husband was in the army in the 70s and he spent 13 months in Korea. Communication was certainly not what it is today!! I was a lonely 19 year old about to have her first child without a husband nearby.   It would have been  so amazing if he had been able to send me one of these gorgeous cards. I missed him terribly. So I try to remember the feelings of being separated from my loved one when making my cards to be sent home.I hope you will join me in making cards for this worthy organization.

The first sketch I used was 58
This is the first card I have EVER made that is 100% paper..... no ribbon, flowers, or bling!!!

I made this one also and it is so totally different I wanted to add it . It follows one of the bonus sketches B-4. (could not get a pic to import grrr. You can find it and a TON more here.

Thank you so very much for joining me today.
Please take a moment during this Memorial Day week end to remember those that have given the ultimate sacrifice to ensure our freedom.
Blessings and Peace.
Brenda
